We guarantee that all work done by MSK Electrics will be safe and working to your satisfaction. If however you should encounter anything that is faulty (because of design, manufacture or workmanship) MSK Electrics will put right or replace it. This includes both the cost of parts and labour.
We will give you a written copy of this 3 year guarantee with all jobs that we do. This guarantee is fully transferrable so if you sell your house the new owners would be able to benefit also.
Additional guarantee
In addition to the free guarantee described above, we provide you with the option to purchase a 6 year guarantee / insurance plan which would cover you for whatever reason in the event of us being unable to put right any work we have done.
This optional guarantee is provided by a third party insurance company and regulated through the FSA.
The above guarantees do not
affect your statutory rights.
